World peace doesn't exist, & it sure as hell won't happen anytime soon. If you want the Internet to kiss your ass & not express what they don't like, then you shouldn't express what you like &/or get the barnacle out of the Internet.
If they don't like negative comments they shouldn't upload their stuff to the Internet first place. Uf!

It says, in case tl;dr:
"This stamp is about NAME DROPPING in journals or alluding to people you don't like in an obvious way/linking so that it will end up having your watchers possibly flame them. This is inappropriate behavior on DA and honestly it only makes you look worse if you call someone out."
So yes, people don't care about random people, but I'd like to avoid people randomly flaming others when it's not necessary.
